In honor of Law Day 2026, The Judge Johnson Institute is highlighting its oral history with Dr. Valda Harris Montgomery.
In this oral history, Dr. Montgomery, a member of the Johnson Institute Board of Directors, talks about her childhood in Montgomery, AL as a neighbor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and a witness to the Freedom Rides.
